1. Services

Lumia Wellness BGC offers non-invasive beauty and wellness treatments including but not limited to: Cryotherapy, HydraFacial, HIFU 7D, Carbon Laser, Pico Laser, Hair Regrowth Therapy, EMS Express, Sauna Pod, and Specialized Facials.

All treatments are performed by certified wellness professionals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 How to Book

Reservations can be made through our website reservation form, by calling or texting +63 915 396 0598, via Facebook or Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or email at lumiawellnessbgc@gmail.com.

2.2 Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from our team. We will contact you to verify your preferred date, time, and treatment before finalizing your appointment.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when making a reservation. Lumia Wellness BGC is not responsible for appointment errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• 24-Hour Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-Show: Clients who do not appear for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may forfeit any deposit paid.
• Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate reschedule requests subject to availability.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Client Responsibility

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or health concerns that may affect your suitability for a treatment. Lumia Wellness BGC is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions.

4.2 Contraindications

Certain treatments may not be appropriate for individuals who are pregnant, have specific medical conditions, or are taking certain medications. Our team will conduct a brief consultation prior to your treatment to ensure your safety.

4.3 Age Requirement

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book and receive treatments independently. Minors between 15–17 may receive certain treatments with written parental or guardian consent.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices listed are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Lumia Wellness BGC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumia Wellness BGC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific treatment giving rise to the claim.

Our treatments are designed to support beauty and wellness goals. We do not make medical claims, and our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results may vary from person to person based on individual factors.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taguig City, Metro Manila.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
